The Balmoral beehive tea kettle is handmade in England using age-old copper spinning techniques. With it's timeless design, it is as popular today as when the it was first patented by Newey & Bloomer in the 1950s.
Exclusively available only through our website, you won't find these in any retail outlets anywhere in the world.
Each Balmoral takes nearly a month to produce with every tea kettle encompassing only the finest copper, spun to perfection, lined with molten tin and adorned with a hand turned beechwood handle – this kind of craftsmanship is so rare today and is truly valued by our loyal customers.
Not only is the magnificent mirror-chrome exterior easy to maintain – the Balmoral No 3 tea kettle will whistle faithfully through the spout when the time is right, just in time for tea!
Each kettle is handmade to order, please allow 4-5 weeks for kettle to be despatched.

The tea pot is beautiful. Heirloom quality. We are as pleased with the quality of service as we are the quality of the product. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday morning...and recieved a response...that day. I have not personally met Louise Wiilliamson but I can honestly say she is the type of dedicated employee every business would cherish. Her attention to detail and her personal care and concern with our order is impressive. Thank you Louise. Thank you Newey & Bloomer.
When the beautiful Simplex Beehive Balmoral No. 3 arrived, my daughter and I were so impressed with its packaging, and information booklet. We enjoyed the history and are so honored to have a handmade piece, which will become a legacy for us.
It is a simple product that due to its beautiful thermal-dynamics, heats water quickly on the gas range, and gives me that very efficient whistle, if I am not in nearby range! Love its beautiful exterior!! Looks like a beehive in silver!
My wife has a collection of these Newey & Bloomer tea kettles dating back to the 30's. The Simplex Beehive Balmoral No. 3 is only the latest purchase of 2 "new" teal kettles in the last 5 years. The hand craftsmanship, in addition to the overall fit, finish, and quality of the new teal kettle is a good as anything available in the world today. Buy one of these and you will never need another teal kettle in your lifetime.
I WAS A LITTLE ANXIOUS ABOUT WAITING FOR THE KETTLE, BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT.IT'S JUST BEAUTIFUL, ADDING STYLE TO MY KITCHEN. IT WORKS PERFECTLY WITH A SWEET LITTLE WHISTLE. ANY CONTACT THAT I HAD WITH THE COMPANY WAS 5 STAR.
